Good News!

We got the okay for mom to come home Tuesday. She is very excited as she really hated the rehab center. I don't blame her the food was not all that appetizing. But she has her strength and mobility is getting easier. We are so glad that she is coming home for Christmas. We go back to see the Orthopedist in a month to see how her ankle and leg are healing. She is able to go up and down stairs sideways. We are taking precautions so we don't have a mishap. But she is doing much better and even looks better; she has color in her cheeks. She still has to be careful with her diet and watch her phosphorus, sugar and salt intake.
